New business development methodology: We use two approaches for this business segment. 1. Launch of new businesses on the Spanish market. We contact companies who wish to set up in Spain. We research the market and its possibilities. We study and suggest the best working alternatives for our market. We look for business partners for our customers. We collaborate on the start-up of their operations. 2. Search for solutions on the foreign market. We search the market proactively for solutions and products with value added and possibilities for implementation on our market. We make a first approach to possible customers and partners for the products identified. We contact and negotiate with supply companies to look at collaboration possibilities. We close specific agreements between the parties. |
